Important: OSAP Update

In February 2026, the Ontario government announced changes to the Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) that will take effect in August 2026.

After July 31, 2026, OSAP will no longer offer grants to career college students.

An OSAP grant is money that does not have to be paid back, as long as the student remains eligible and meets the program requirements.

What does this mean?
If you qualify for financial assistance, you should apply for OSAP before July 31, 2026 to be considered eligible for grant funding.
